Forvis Mazars LLP, one of the largest public accounting and consulting firms in the United States, today announced the continued strengthening of its Energy & Infrastructure Finance Modeling & Model Due Diligence practice through enhanced collaboration with professionals across the Forvis Mazars Global network and appointment of dedicated U.S. practice leadership. As part of this investment, Sakshi Ghai has been named leader of the U.S. Energy & Infrastructure Finance practice.
The practice supports developers, investors, lenders, utilities, and infrastructure owners across the life cycle of energy and infrastructure investments. By combining the firm’s U.S. market knowledge with the extensive experience of professionals from across the Forvis Mazars Global network, the practice delivers an integrated suite of financial modeling, model due diligence, valuation, and strategic infrastructure finance advisory services, supporting clients from project development and financing through acquisition and ongoing asset management.

Managing Director Sakshi Ghai will lead the U.S. Energy & Infrastructure Finance Modeling & Model Due Diligence practice, helping deliver an Unmatched Client Experience® by strengthening collaboration and coordination between Forvis Mazars US and the Forvis Mazars Global network. She has more than 13 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including overseeing the model due diligence for the financial close of the development of the New Terminal One at New York’s JFK Airport.
